Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable , and since my goal is to make your experience as smooth as possible, I do offer some flexibility when it comes to last minute appointment changes:
Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I completely understand that life happens, but please note that last-minute cancellations will incur a 50% service fee.
No - Shows: If an appointment is missed without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost, as it affects other clients’ ability to book.
Late Arrivals: If you’re running late, just give me a heads up! I can usually accommodate up to 10 minutes depending on your service. Beyond that, we may need to reschedule, and a fee may apply.
